![]() ![]() I would even be happy with preventing Outlook from being able to disable add-ins. I am assuming Microsoft have seen this already, because one of the options in the diagnostics option in CRM is to re-enable the outlook add-in, so it is a simple fix, but I’d like to stop it happening. When it does, obviously the CRM client stops working within outlook. In fact there are 2 CRM add-ins (both seem to be identical), sometimes it only disables one, usually it disables both. The problem I am encountering (a lot) is that outlook keeps disabling the CRM add-in. Our users use CRM offline, so we have installed CRM with the offline option installed. We are currently Rollup 5 on CRM, and we don’t want to have to move to a new rollup unless it specifically resolves this issue we are having. ![]() Hi there, we are currently deploying CRM 2011 to users using Outlook 2010.
